Disk Brake Design and Assembly
Designed and modeled a Disk Brake System using SolidWorks, creating individual components with attention to dimensions and mechanical functionality. Performed the assembly of all parts to ensure proper fit and motion, gaining practical experience in 3D modeling, component integration, and mechanical design principles.
Engine Mechanism Design and Assembly
Designed and modeled key engine components, including the piston, connecting rod, and crankshaft, using SolidWorks. Performed the assembly of these components to simulate the crank-slider mechanism and verify proper motion and alignment. This project enhanced my understanding of engine kinematics, mechanical design principles, and CAD assembly techniques.
Roller Bearing Design and Assembly
Designed and modeled the individual components of a roller bearing, including the inner ring, outer ring, rolling elements (balls), and ball cage, using SolidWorks. Performed the complete assembly to ensure proper alignment and functionality, gaining practical experience in precision CAD modeling, component integration, and understanding of bearing mechanisms and motion.
